Delete your Tracit account
Submit the form below and our support team will permanently delete your account and personal data within 7 business days.
You can request deletion of your Tracit account at any time. This applies to courier, merchant, agent, and customer accounts created through the Tracit mobile apps or the web dashboard. We process every request manually so you receive an explicit confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
What we delete
- Your profile (name, company name, profile photo, login credentials).
- Saved addresses, phone numbers, and email address.
- KYC documents you uploaded (identification, proof of address, business registration).
- Saved payment-method tokens (the card vault entry tied to your account).
- Push-notification device tokens and any in-app notification preferences.
- Linked integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom API) and the credentials we stored for them.
What we retain (and why)
A small set of records is retained after deletion because we're legally required to keep them, or because they belong to another party who used the platform legitimately:
- Completed delivery records for the operational and tax lookback period (typically up to 7 years) — these are the source of truth for billing, refunds, and regulatory audits. Personal identifiers on these records are pseudonymised so the record itself can't be traced back to you.
- Financial records (invoices, payouts, token-purchase receipts) that are tied to statutory accounting requirements.
- Anonymised analytics — counts, rates, and aggregate metrics that don't identify you.
Before you submit
- Deletion is permanent and immediate once processed. We can't restore an account after it's been deleted.
- If you have active deliveries in flight, you'll need to either complete or cancel them before deletion can proceed. Our team will reach out if that's the case.
- If you signed up through a courier's public booking link as a customer, the courier may still hold their own copy of the order they fulfilled for you — that copy isn't under Tracit's control.
- If you maintain a courier or merchant account with an active paid subscription, the subscription will be cancelled as part of the deletion. No further charges will be made.
